We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)
The applicable shipping rate(s) for item(s) in your cart will display on the Checkout page. For our Customers located in Washington State, in-store items will default to in-store pickup; You can change this to home delivery if you want it shipped (see below for shipping rates). For our Customers in Washington ordering from our warehouse, in-store pickup is only available for orders over $99. When ordering both in-store and warehouse items, available in-store pickup or home delivery options can be changed by clicking on "More shipping options" during Checkout.

Note: Orders usually ship 3-5 business day after being placed. Bikes may take up to a week.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on theΒ original order.
RETURNS
You can return most new, unused item within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. No returns on parts that have been installed.
For bikes bought online OR in store we offer a return for store credit within 14 days of pickup/delivery. To start a return emailΒ orders@ridebicycles.com.
Please email orders@ridebicycles.com to start the return process. Returns must be received within 14 days of issuing return authorization. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
All returns must be sent back to our warehouse if not returned in person.

We want you to love your gear. If something isnβt quite right, weβll do our best to make it right. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth experience.
General Returns
We accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
What qualifies for a return?
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Shoes must show no signs of use or part/hardware installation.
- Installed parts and items marked βFinal Saleβ cannot be returned.
Special Orders & Closeout Items: All sales are final.
Bikes & Frames Returns
In-Store Pickup Returns β 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase a bike or frame online and pick it up in-store, we want to make sure itβs the perfect fit. Thatβs why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 14 days of pickup.
If the bike or frame doesnβt fit, you can exchange it for another bicycle or receive store creditβno refunds.
Exchange Requirements:
- The bike/frame must not show signs of use, installation, or exposure to the elements (e.g., rain, mud, or dirt).
- It must be returned in the same condition as received.
Online Order Returns (Shipped to Your Home)
If we ship a bike or frame to your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (but no later than 30 days from the original order date).
Important Details:
- Returns are for store credit only (no exchanges or refunds).
- A restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the returned item.
- The bike/frame must not show signs of use, installation, or exposure to the elements (e.g., rain, mud, or dirt).
Custom-Built Bikes are non-returnable. If canceled before assembly begins, deposits are refunded. If assembly has started, the deposit will be converted into a Ride Bicycles Gift Card.
Wheels & Wheelsets
- Wheelsets are subject to a $25 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price.
Refund Process
- All returns require the original purchase receipt.
- Returns without a receipt may, at our discretion, be refunded as store credit.
- Refunds for bikes and frames will be issued as store credit only.
- Refunds for all other eligible items will be processed in the same form of payment used.
- Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

- Once we issue a return authorization, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.
- Returns must be shipped to our warehouse, unless weβve arranged an in-store return with you.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
