We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

Return Policy

General Returns

We accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Conditions for Returns:

• Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• Shoes must show no signs of use or part/hardware installation.
• Installed parts and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Special Orders and Closeout Items: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bikes and Frames

Returns for bikes and frames are accepted within 14 days of pickup or delivery (maximum 30 days from original order date) and are eligible for store credit only. A $50 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price will be applied.

Bikes and frames cannot be returned if they:

• Show signs of use, installation, or riding.
• Have been exposed to the elements (e.g., rain, mud, or dirt).

Custom-Built Bikes: These bikes are non-returnable. If canceled before assembly begins, the deposit will be refunded. Once assembly has started, the deposit will be converted into a Ride Bicycles Gift Card for future purchases.

Wheels, and Wheelsets

• Wheelsets: Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee + 10% of the purchase price.

 Refund Process

• All refunds require the original purchase receipt. Returns without a receipt may, at our discretion, be refunded as store credit.
• Refunds for bikes and frames will be issued as store credit only, as specified in the return policy.
• Refunds for all other eligible items will be processed in the same form of payment originally used.
• Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email orders@ridebicycles.com to initiate the return process.
2. Once a return authorization has been issued, the item(s) must be received within 14 days.

• Items must be shipped to our warehouse unless otherwise arranged for an in-store return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
