Purchased an All City bike from Ride in mid 2021. At the time bikes were impossible to find, but they helped me get what I wanted and then some. Bill and the whole crew are absolute gems! They were so helpful and generous when we came in off a cross country tour, hooking us up with bike boxes and packing materials and just generally alleviating so much end of trip stress through their kindness.
